How it works
Email or call for a custom quote
Email or call for a custom quote for your celebration. Each quote is based on the length of time, number of guests, drink menu and number of bartenders.
Set the date
After you have set the date, there is a $500 nonrefundable fee, which is put towards your total investment. We will double check all details a week before your event.
Time to celebrate
We will show up 1 hour before services begin to set up. We know your guests will love the full experience of signature drinks and a unique bartending experience.
What's included

Beverage service duration
A minimum of 3 hours beverage service.
Trailer Bar Rental
Our refurbished horse trailer bar rental includes decor and a romantic lounge seating area.
Complete bar setup
Your complete bar setup includes the bar tools, ice, mixers, and garnishes. Also including cups, napkins, and straws.
Water Hydration Station
A self-served water station to keep your guests refreshed and hydrated.
Bartender(s)
The number of bartenders will be determined by your event details and number of guests.
Signature drinks
Personalize your event with custom drinks, such as a cocktails and mocktails.
Custom Menu & Design
A custom designed menu will be displayed at the trailer bar and hydration station for your guests.
Custom Alcohol Shopping List
You buy the alcohol and we take care of the rest.
Free Travel Within 30 miles
Free travel within a 30 mile radius of Springfield, Missouri. $2/mile after the 30 mile radius.
General & Liquor liability insurance
Signature Sips LLC carries general and liquor liability insurance coverage.
We do not provide, sell or transport alcohol. If you plan to serve alcohol at your event, we will provide a detailed shopping list for you to purchase for your event.
