Built from Scratch. Designed Around You.

We started with a rusted horse trailer tucked away in Arkansas. We restored every panel, built a copper-topped bar by hand, and turned it into something your guests will photograph before they even order a drink.

But the trailer is just the stage. The real experience is in the drinks. We sit down with you, learn what you love, and design a signature cocktail menu that fits your crowd and your celebration. No generic drink lists. No cookie-cutter menus. Every pour is personal.

The Trailer Bar

Our hand-restored horse trailer bar travels to you with decor, a lounge seating area, and a setup that becomes a centerpiece, not a side note. Free travel within 30 miles of Springfield.

Full-Service Bartending

Your bartender arrives with bar tools, ice, mixers, garnishes, cups, napkins, straws, and a water hydration station. We set up an hour early and break down after your last guest leaves.

Insurance and Peace of Mind

Signature Sips carries general and liquor liability insurance. We do not sell or transport alcohol. We provide a detailed shopping list, and you purchase what your event needs. Clean. Simple. Transparent.

We had Signature Sips come out for our daughter‘s wedding, and it was such a wonderful experience!!
The staff were helpful, friendly and extremely accommodating to our guests. After the ceremony, while waiting on food set up and wedding party pictures, Signature Sips provided our guests with what turned out to be a fun “cocktail hour” while waiting.
The personal touches were so thoughtful… decorating the bar to match the decor and adding baby’s breath and personal details, like the wedding date and bride and grooms name, to the cocktails! The seating area they set up was cozy and inviting, another added personal touch!
The variety of options was perfect, from wine and beer selections that we chose in advance, to mocktails and alcohol free slushees! Our guests could not stop talking about how amazing it was!
Signature Sips was the icing on the cake to a perfect day!

If you are looking for a unique bar/drink experience, look no further! Signature Sips provided alcoholic and non-alcoholic slushies for our backyard House Concert and they were a big hit!! We had a choice of Vodka or Rum for the alcoholic version. And, for a personal touch, Becky had cups printed specifically for our event. (also a big hit!!) They will work with you to customize mixed drink options as well as slushies and wine. Becky and Eddie pay close attention to detail and work hard to make your event unique and stress free! We will definitely have them at our next party!!
