Step 2: Lock In Your Date
Once you love the plan, a $500 deposit secures your date. That deposit goes directly toward your total. We check in with you one week before to confirm every detail.
Step 3: We Show Up and You Celebrate
Our team arrives one hour before service to set up the trailer bar, arrange the decor, and prep your custom drink menu. You focus on your guests. We focus on every pour.

Free Travel Within 30 miles
Free travel within 30 miles of Springfield, MO. Beyond that, $2 per mile. Serving Republic, Nixa, Ozark, Branson, and the surrounding areas.

Signature Sips LLC carries general and liquor liability insurance coverage. We do not provide, sell, or transport alcohol. If your event includes alcohol, we provide a detailed shopping list for you to purchase. This keeps pricing transparent and gives you full control over your bar budget.

How does pricing work?
Every quote is custom. We base it on how long you need service, how many guests you expect, what kind of drinks you want, and how many bartenders your event needs. Fill out the contact form with your details and we will send you a clear, itemized quote.
What happens after I submit the contact form?
We respond within 48 hours with a custom quote and some initial menu ideas. If you like what you see, we schedule a call to finalize details. No pressure, no obligation.
Do you provide the alcohol?
No. We do not sell, provide, or transport alcohol. We give you a detailed shopping list based on your guest count and drink menu. You purchase it, and we handle everything else.
Can you do non-alcoholic events?
Absolutely. We make mocktails, dirty sodas, family-friendly drink bars, and seasonal specials. Many of our events include both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options so every guest feels included.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible, especially for weekend dates between April and October. A $500 nonrefundable deposit secures your date and goes toward your total investment.
What if my venue is outside the 30-mile radius?
We travel. Anything beyond 30 miles from Springfield is $2 per mile. We regularly serve Branson, Bolivar, Mt. Vernon, and everywhere in between.
